Built for business brokers. Built around the deal.

The Intelligent Operating System for M&A

Win more mandates. Create more capacity. Build stronger relationships. Complete more deals. Dealogy connects the people, processes, data and technology behind your brokerage, from pre-mandate lead generation and seller acquisition through deal preparation, buyer engagement, transaction management, completion and beyond. By reducing the administration around the deal, your team can spend more valuable time talking to clients, understanding buyers, building trust and creating the connections that move transactions forward. Use Dealogy as your complete M&A operating system, or connect the CRM, accounting, marketing and other tools your team already relies on. Keep what works. Connect what matters. Replace what doesn't.

Start Your Agentic Broker Journey Today

Experience how an intelligent, connected M&A operating system could work inside your brokerage, without forcing you to replace the tools you already use. Start with the areas that matter most to you, connect your existing systems where appropriate, and see how Dealogy can reduce administration, improve visibility, increase adviser capacity and create the conditions for more transactions to complete.

Three months free

Long enough to run real mandates through it and form a view, rather than long enough to watch a demo.

No long-term commitment

At the end of the three months you decide, and nothing happens automatically if you do not.

No forced system migration

Keep your CRM, your data providers and the listing channels that work. Connect what is worth connecting.

Choose what you test first

Start where the pain is greatest. You pick the workflows; we do not insist on a running order.

Real opportunities, real processes

Use it on live mandates and your team's actual way of working, where that is appropriate for you.

Measure before you decide

See the operational impact on your own deals before making a long-term decision about anything.

Built with brokers, not just for brokers

Your team should be managing deals, not managing software

A brokerage runs twelve distinct jobs at once, and most of them live in a different system, a spreadsheet or somebody's inbox. The work is not the deal; it is everything arranged around the deal.

Finding the work

Identifying prospective sellers, running campaigns, tracking relationships and knowing which conversations are worth another call.

  • Prospect research and enrichment
  • Campaign and outreach tracking
  • Pre-mandate pipeline in one view

Winning the mandate

Preparing for the pitch, following up without a to-do list, and turning a meeting into a proposal while the detail is still fresh.

  • Mandate pipeline and prioritisation
  • Meeting notes captured and structured
  • Proposal inputs drafted from what you hold

Preparing the business

Teasers, information memorandums, profiles, financial analysis and the buyer question set, drafted from the seller's own information.

  • Confidential teaser and IM sections drafted
  • Information gaps flagged before a buyer finds them
  • Every document approved by you before it goes out

Running the transaction

Qualifying buyers, issuing NDAs, coordinating diligence, keeping actions moving, and knowing where every live deal stands.

  • NDA generation and status tracking
  • Diligence requests matched to documents
  • Portfolio view across every live transaction
From pre-mandate to post-completion

One connected operating system for the full business sale lifecycle

Twelve stages that today sit in a CRM, a listings portal, a data room, a mailbox and a spreadsheet. Here each one hands its information to the next instead of being retyped into it.

1

Origination

Prospective sellers identified, researched and scored before anyone else is talking to them.

2

Relationship

Every touch recorded, so a two-year conversation survives a change of adviser.

3

Mandate

Pitch preparation, proposal inputs and the engagement itself, tracked to signature.

4

Preparation

Financial analysis, information gathering and the gaps that would stall a sale, found first.

5

Materials

Teaser, memorandum, profile and buyer Q&A drafted from the seller's own figures.

6

Marketing

Confidential launch, staged by disclosure level rather than published in one go.

7

Qualification

Twelve dimensions per enquiry, evidenced, so your advisers spend time on the credible ones.

8

NDA and access

Generated, issued, tracked, and permissions unlocked only once executed.

9

Negotiation

Offers normalised into a comparable structure for the seller to decide on.

10

Diligence

Requests categorised, matched to documents, overdue items surfaced.

11

Completion

Conditions, dependencies, signatures and funds, tracked to the day.

12

Post-completion

Archive, learnings, relationship follow-up and future referral potential.

Buyer qualification

Stop treating every buyer enquiry the same

Enquiries arrive in the same inbox whether they are a funded trade buyer or somebody browsing. Dealogy assesses each one on twelve dimensions and tells your adviser what is evidenced and what is missing. You set the thresholds; it does the reading.

What they want

Acquisition criteria, sector experience and geographical preferences, compared against the mandate.

What they can do

Business size, transaction value and funding position, with the evidence held against each.

Know where every deal stands

You see who is circling, and what they have actually evidenced

Active mandates, stage, buyer interest, outstanding actions and the age of each one, across the whole desk rather than per deal. Your client sees their own transaction; nobody sees anyone else's.

Intelligent deal alignment

Match on intentions as well as on criteria

The dimensions that end transactions late are rarely financial: management autonomy, brand, employee retention, founder transition and the pace of integration. Dealogy surfaces where two parties are aligned and where they differ, early enough for the conversation to be useful. This is intelligent deal alignment, not a guarantee of compatibility.

Both sides described

The seller's post-sale intentions and the buyer's acquisition behaviour, captured in structured form rather than inferred from a call.

Compatibility, not sameness

A seller who welcomes integration and a centralising buyer are highly compatible. A similarity score would miss that; alignment does not.

Differences named early

The specific dimension, and the conversation it implies, rather than a number with no explanation behind it.

Your judgement, not ours

Alignment is one signal among several. The adviser decides what to do with it, and can override it.

One deal. One team. Controlled access.

Every party around one transaction, each seeing only their part of it

Sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, lenders, corporate finance advisers, diligence providers and tax advisers in one deal room, with role-based permissions and a record of what was released to whom.

Automate the administration. Keep the adviser.

Fifteen jobs that do not need a human, next to the ones that do

None of this replaces an adviser's judgement. It removes the work that surrounds the judgement, which is where a brokerage loses its capacity.

Documents

NDA generation and tracking, document classification, data extraction and Q&A preparation.

  • NDAs issued and chased
  • Incoming documents classified
  • Figures extracted, not retyped

Buyers

Onboarding, qualification, information requests and the follow-up nobody got round to.

  • Buyer onboarding
  • Qualification against your thresholds
  • Information requests issued and tracked

The deal

Task creation, reminders, deal updates, outstanding actions and meeting notes.

  • Actions created from what was said
  • Reminders on the items that are ageing
  • Meeting notes structured into the record

The desk

Stakeholder communication and management reporting, drawn from the deals themselves.

  • Client updates drafted from real activity
  • Management reporting without a spreadsheet
  • Everything drafted, nothing sent without approval
The agentic broker journey

Connect. Assist. Automate. Orchestrate. Learn.

Nothing here asks a brokerage to migrate on day one. Each stage is useful on its own, and you stop wherever the value stops.

1. Connect

Keep your existing systems and bring the critical data together, so one record of a deal exists.

  • Read and synchronise permitted data
  • Map entities across systems
  • Identify what is missing

2. Assist

AI supports advisers with research, drafting, summarising and answering questions from the deal's own documents.

  • Summarisation and extraction
  • Drafting and meeting capture
  • Answers cited to their source

3. Automate

Defined, repeatable workflows begin running under approval rules you set.

  • NDAs, follow-ups and reminders
  • Task and document-request generation
  • Approval thresholds per workflow

4. Orchestrate and 5. Learn

Several workflows coordinate around a deal's objectives and permissions, and the brokerage builds reusable institutional knowledge.

  • Lead, buyer, document and diligence workflows coordinated
  • Pattern detection and benchmarks across your own deals
  • Playbooks that survive a change of adviser
Connectivity before migration

Keep what works. Connect what matters. Replace what doesn't.

Dealogy does not require a brokerage to abandon the systems its team already trusts. Integration work is prioritised by what brokerages actually run, so the connector list below describes the categories we build against rather than a set of logos we have not shipped.

CRM and pipeline

Contacts, companies, opportunities and activity, kept in step with the deal record rather than duplicated beside it.

Email and calendar

Correspondence and meetings attached to the deal they belong to, without anyone forwarding anything.

Documents and data rooms

The files where they already live, with permissions respected on both sides.

Accounting and data sources

Financial information and company data pulled in for preparation and qualification.

Your own systems

An integration layer with canonical entities and per-field source-of-truth rules, so a connector can be added without reshaping your data.

What could Dealogy mean for your brokerage?

The questions worth asking of any system you put in front of your advisers

Dealogy has not been running long enough to publish completion statistics, and will not quote figures it cannot evidence. These are the conditions the platform is built to change, and they are measurable inside your own brokerage from the first month.

Adviser capacity

How many opportunities could your existing team manage if the administration around each one halved?

Buyer prioritisation

How much adviser time currently goes to enquiries that were never going to transact?

Institutional knowledge

What happens to a two-year seller relationship when the adviser holding it leaves?

Deal momentum

How long do actions sit outstanding before somebody notices, and who is chasing them?

Conditions for completion

Better information, faster responses and fewer surprises in diligence do not guarantee a completion. They are the conditions under which more of them survive.

Where Dealogy is today

Real numbers, counted this second

We have not been running long enough to quote completion statistics, so we do not quote any. These are counted live from the platform as this page loaded, and the deal figures belong to the partner firms who declare them.

FAQ

For brokers and advisers: common questions

Do I have to move off my CRM?
No. The position is connectivity before migration: keep what works, connect what matters, replace only what you want to. A brokerage can start with one workflow and leave everything else where it is.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Dealogy handles the work around the work: qualifying, drafting, chasing and recording. Nothing client-facing is sent without an adviser approving it, and the client remains yours.
How does a buyer get qualified?
Against twelve dimensions covering criteria, sector, geography, size, transaction value, funding, rationale, acquisition history, structure, timing, management requirements and alignment. You set the thresholds; the platform gathers the evidence and shows what is missing.
Can I get my existing book in?
Yes, by bulk import mapped to our fields, usually in about a minute for a whole book. Nothing is published until you say so.
What does the AI do, and what does it never do?
It researches, extracts, drafts, summarises, classifies documents, prepares questions and tracks outstanding actions. It does not send external communications, publish listings or release confidential information without the approvals your workflow requires, retrieval is scoped to a single deal, and material actions are logged.
Is there a trial?
Talk to us. A structured broker trial is being finalised, including what it covers and how it is supported, and we would rather agree it with you than publish terms we have not settled.
What does it cost?
Broker pricing is being finalised and will be published before anything is charged. Book a demo and we will be straight with you about where it is likely to land.

Assess Your Costs. Calculate the Benefits. Time + Money.

How much are your current systems, subscriptions and manual processes really costing your brokerage, and what could you achieve if more of that time was spent with people, prospects and potential acquirers? See your annual technology spend, identify where time is being lost, and understand what that recovered capacity could mean: more prospect meetings, stronger relationships, better buyer and seller engagement, greater origination capacity.

The calculator uses the figures you enter and does nothing with them unless you ask us to. It reports your own spend, annualised; it does not apply a savings estimate, because what consolidation is worth depends on which systems you keep.

Keep what works. Connect what matters. Replace what doesn't.

Three months free, no long-term commitment and no forced migration. Start with the part of your week that costs you the most, and measure what changes.

Dealogy supports professional judgement; it does not replace it. Agentic workflows act within the permissions a brokerage sets, and material actions require confirmation from a named person.
