Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms & Conditions and sets out the rules for fair and lawful use of the Dealogy platform.
You must not use Dealogy to:
Post listings, messages or content that is false, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent.
List a business you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
Misrepresent a business’s financial performance, assets, or liabilities.
Harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users.
Discriminate against users on the basis of protected characteristics.
Transmit spam, chain letters or unsolicited bulk communications.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or intercept data.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user’s account.
Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the platform in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or circumvents our access controls.
Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any financial crime.
Reproduce or distribute platform content without our permission.
Solicit other users to use a competing marketplace or service.
Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected breach of this AUP. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to law enforcement where appropriate. We are not obliged to monitor all content but will act when a breach comes to our attention.
Reporting a violation
If you see content or behaviour that you believe breaches this AUP, report it to trust@dealogy.co.uk. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
